Sessions

My practice hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10.00am, last session starts at 7:30pm.

Sessions last for a therapy hour of 50 mins.

Location

During the Covid-19 the government guidelines and rules apply; I will continue to offer psychotherapy, and clinical supervision online, as well as face-to-face sessions on Wednesday and Thursday ONLY.

The Magnolia Therapy Centre, 354 Mansfield Road (A60), Mapperley Park, Nottingham NG5 2EF.

The Therapy Centre is on the main route (A60) and easy to reach with public transport as well as by car, with ample car parking and disabled access.

Fees for Psychotherapy

My standard fee is £60 per session.

Psychotherapy Trainees: £50 per session

F-T University Students: £45 per session

These sessions can be short-, long term or unlimited to gift us the time needed to process that what you wish support with.

The initial consultation fee is £ 45 and allows us to talk about what you wish from the therapy and for you to ask me any questions.  After that, there is an opportunity for you to reflect on whether you feel we can work together and if you wish to go ahead.

At the follow on session we will complete the more detailed assessment for which we need to allow a double session (about 100 – 110 mins).  At the time, we can also agree our regular slot of time and day for our weekly meetings.

Supervision, online or face-to-face: standard fee £50.

Supervision is there to support us in working safely and ethically, and offers us an opportunity of learning through deepening into the psychological territories which have arisen in our practice.  Through engaging in supervision in this way it becomes a spiritual space where we may continue to develop and grow towards wholesomeness.

I offer clinical supervision for those who have trained in a Humanistic Integrative Modality (HIPC), such a Masters in Humanistic Integrative, Core Processing, Depth Psychology, Gestalt, Psychosynthesis, and Somatic Experiencing.

I hold a Diploma in Supervision recognised by the UKCP and EPA.  I  specialise in trauma, which is grounded in 25 years experience.
